Set within 14 carefully designed Villas are a total of 57 luxury guest rooms. Each Villa hosts a King Suite, Queen Suite, Standard Queen and Standard Twin. When taking a room in a Villa, the residents of that Villa (4 rooms maximum) share the well-appointed lounge areas, dining rooms, and delightful gardens with stunning views of the Royal Mdzimba Mountains. Occupying an entire Villa entitles the guest to exclusive use of all facilities within that Villa.
Furnished with extra comfortable beds fitted with exquisite cotton, each room is fully-equipped with air conditioning, heated towel rails, mini bars and Wi-Fi. Hotel facilities include Lihawu Restaurant, The Terrace Pool Bar, Ensangweni Cigar Lounge and Whisky Bar, Sivuno Wine Cellar and the state-of-the-art conference centre.

Royal Villas is situated in the fast developing town of Ezulwini Valley. It is in between three shopping malls which are 5 minutes’ drive away from the hotel.
Ensangweni Cigar Lounge and Whisky Bar is perfect for pre-dinner drinks or a private conversation. It has an exceptional selection of whiskies and authentic, imported Cuban cigars.
Lihawu Restaurant offers a delightful ambience of contemporary Africa. The menu incorporates a fusion of ethnic and contemporary African cuisine from across the continent.
Sivuno wine cellar has stock of more than 1 000 bottles of selected wines.

Two of the Villas have private swimming pools.

Things to be aware of
